Privacy notice

PLACEHOLDER – the controller is the company named in the legal notice, at the registered address given there. Privacy questions go to hello@valkrea.com.

The contact form collects your name, work email address, company, role, scheme location, approximate room count, project stage and anything you write in the message field. A hidden field is included to catch automated submissions; it collects nothing about you.

We collect nothing else through this site. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no cookie banner, because the analytics we use are cookieless and record no personal identifiers.

We use what you send only to answer your enquiry and to take the steps you ask for before any contract. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share it for anyone else’s purposes.

Processing rests on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and in keeping the site free of automated abuse.

PLACEHOLDER – enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within [X] months of our last exchange. Where a contract follows, the records move under the retention periods that commercial and tax law require.

Vercel Inc. hosts this site and processes server logs on our behalf. Resend delivers the email that carries your enquiry to us. Both act as processors under written agreements and neither uses your data for its own purposes. PLACEHOLDER – add the mail provider that holds the enquiry once it lands in our inbox.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, for corrections, for deletion, for a restriction on how we use it, and for a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interest you can object to the processing. You can also complain to a supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
